What was your biggest concern before you committed to nutritional therapy with Eli?

Goal was to improve fertility as had been struggling to conceive for approx 20 months. Diagnosed with PCOS following an ultrasound and wanting to also control my food cravings. 

What specifically was your favourite part of the programme/service and why?

Well biggest breakthrough is that I am currently 9 weeks pregnant! Struggled to complete the blood tests but worth it as they have showed I’m not optimum in several areas and suggested supplements are helping. Have understood what foods trigger my blood sugar and now avoid where possible. Still working on my diet but it has improved and shopping habits have changed. 

If you were to recommend Wildfare to a close friend what would you say?

I have advised other people on Facebook groups to seek a nutritionist as I think it has been really useful. Wish I had seen Eli before paying money on fertility treatment or in conjunction with. Would recommend Eli as she has supported me nutritionally but also helped me to manage my stress levels. Eli was always quick to reply to emails and helpful to answer quick questions I had. Would recommend Wildfare to others.

What was your biggest concern or challenge about booking before you committed to nutritional therapy with Eli?

Trying to conceive after fertility issues.

What specifically was your favourite part of the programme/service and why?

I have a 5 month old baby boy! I’ve realised it takes time to make lasting changes. Starting to see food as something to nourish and enjoy, rather than trying to strictly stick to a diet and getting stressed if I don’t!

If you were to recommend Wildfare to a close friend what would you say?

Take your time to make changes. Eli gave me clarity where I was overwhelmed and tailored my supplement program and diet recommendations very specifically to my needs. Eli has been really supportive and guided me through quite a complicated process, helping me to understand along the way. Would definitely recommend Wildfare!

What was your biggest concern or challenge about booking before you committed to nutritional therapy with Eli?

Struggling with fatigue + low energy throughout the day, difficulty getting to sleep and waking up feeling tired, high levels of anxiety, bloating, irregular periods, and needed help with interpreting results of my DUTCH test.

What specifically was your favourite part of the programme/service and why?

In our very first session Eli was able to make suggestions as to what might be causing my symptoms and changes I could make. After six months my fatigue has all but gone, my anxiety is at a manageable level, and my sleep has gotten so much better.

If you were to recommend Wildfare to a close friend what would you say?

Eli never bombarded me with technical jargon or too many dietary/lifestyle changes so I never felt overwhelmed. She always suggested small manageable changes and supplements as an addition to those changes. There were lots of ah-ha moments and everything she said always made sense. I would highly recommend getting nutrition and wellness advice from Eli.

What was your biggest concern or challenge about booking before you committed to nutritional therapy with Eli?

My hair was thinning and breaking off. I was worried I would start to go bald. My shoulders and knees were struggling with injuries.

What specifically was your favourite part of the programme/service and why?

I like Eli’s holistic approach to food. Not only has she provided me with examples of food to eat and prepare but she has helped me with the complicated food dynamics within my family, and given me practical suggestions to try. Eli is gently educating me about food so that I can implement small changes to my diet which feel manageable. With Eli’s guidance I am learning about food combinations and feel the most satisfied I have felt in over 30 years.

If you were to recommend Wildfare to a close friend what would you say?

I would absolutely recommend Eli. She is compassionate, realistic and non-judgmental. I can be totally honest with her and feel understood. She has provided me with lots of insight into all aspects of food and eating. I also like the clinic software, it’s an easy to use system and I like all the different aspects it provides.
