WELCOME TO WILDFARE NUTRITION

Nutritional Therapy for optimum health, fertility and the microbiome

“Well biggest breakthrough is that I am currently 9 weeks pregnant! Wish I had seen Eli before paying money on fertility treatment or in conjunction with. Would recommend Eli as she has supported me nutritionally but also helped me to manage my stress levels.” Wildfare nutrition client 2022

Wildfare Nutrition is founded by Frome Microbiome and Fertility Nutritionist Eli Sarre. We offer tailored, science-backed nutrition and lifestyle programmes to support clients with GI symptoms and fertility challenges.

Many of our clients are preparing for pregnancy, natural or assisted. We also support individuals who are perimenopausal and have GI or autoimmune sensitivities. We welcome those who have experienced trauma or mental health challenges on their health and fertility journey.

We invest a strong focus on the nutritional health of the mother through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Every care is taken to devise an evidence-based diet and lifestyle plan suitable for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy child. We are here to support you through the most demanding life stages.

All services are exclusively online via video consultation with phone coaching support to suit your schedule. We also offer group support via our Eat wild facebook group and online guides to ensure you have all the information and resources you need.
